TEST RESULT:

I get an average score in all sections but in sections 3 & 5, where I score higher that the average.
Section 3 deals with creativity and I recognize myself when reading the qualities it involves.
The same is true for section 5, which deals with drive and determination, but for the fact that I don’t see myself as being self confident?

I am quite suspicious toward this kind of test. The choice given to answer the questions is too narrow, it’s either black or white, and very often I feel like I am in the middle..
One thing I know about myself for sure, is that I seriously miss self-confidence, yet I see it as an essential characteristic for an entrepreneur. For instance, if I had a great idea worth being developed, I feel like I would not do it because of a lack of faith in my own ideas.

TALENT MANAGEMENT:

an important additional characteristic for an entrepreneur is to be VISIONARY!

Being an entrepreneur for me is like being on the verge of a cliff and having the courage of thrusting. The risks are numerous, and safety no guaranteed, yet you must accept to lose control over things, because the unexpected is part of the trip. Furthermore while you are falling in the vacuum, you can feel intense emotions, and feel that you are alive, just as what you can experience as an entrepreneur who is actor of his life rather than spectator.

Parents are entrepreneurs because they create a human being, they take the responsibility of this, they take many risks, they have to ensure the growth of their child at every step of his life

TREND WATCHING:

ð http://www.trendwatching.com/about/inmedia/articles/2009_generation_g_wired_to_care_wir.html
here are some passages of the article:

"Giving is the New Taking, and Sharing is the New Giving."

"the need for more generosity beautifully coincides with the ongoing (and pre-recession) emergence of an online-fueled culture of individuals who share, give, engage, create and collaborate in large numbers."
"The other critical ability for engaging Generation G (Generosity) is "sharing." In a digital economy where most of the transactions are for free (or expected to be free), value is mainly created through the act of sharing. This means replacing outdated concepts of ownership, control, and coordination with concepts of open source, open IP, and open innovation.
"

those ideas are in total adequacy with my business idea, which relies on people using the internet to integrate a global community, a generous one, people willing to share with each other and create a common experience of a better world.
